Winner of Best Poster at The All Ireland Stroke Conference

iPASTAR successfully submitted two poster presentations to The All Ireland Stroke Conference in association with The Irish Heart Foundation (IHF) and Northern Ireland Multidisciplinary Association of Stroke Teams (NIMAST) which took place on 30 September 2022.
Geraldine O’Callaghan’s poster displayed findings from her systematic review and meta-analysis describing the available evidence in relation to supports provided at transitions of care for stroke patients and their families and caregivers.
A huge congratulations to Patricia Hall whose research poster ‘Interventions for Behaviour Change and self-management in Stroke Secondary Prevention: An Overview of Reviews’ won best Poster at this event. Well done!
